Lifetime Structural Warranty Terms & Conditions
- All alloy & steel wheels distributed by King Wheels Australia Pty Ltd are covered by a Lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser.
- All alloy & steel wheels have a 1 year warranty on all finishes to the original purchaser from the date of purchase invoice.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice must be supplied with all wheels returned for warranty inspection. Any wheel which does not qualify for warranty will be returned.
- Freight returns & re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless authorised by King Wheels Australia Pty Ltd.
- King Wheels Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for costs incurred regarding a warrantable product.
- All King Wheels products will not be warrantable if used in off-road or motor sport applications.
- Warranty will be void if any repairs or modifications are made to the original King Wheels product or resulting from accident damage, negligence or misuse.
- Warranty on wheel finish will be deemed void if chemicals, abrasive cleaning products or high pressure water cleaners are used in the maintenance of the wheel due to adverse weather conditions, salt water, road chemicals or brake dust corrosion.
- Warranty on decorative bolts and accessories will be deemed void if the original finish has been stripped or removed by the use of chemical cleaners, caused by pneumatic/battery tools or high pressure cleaners.
- Wheels installed with incorrect tyre size, load rating or used with excessive vehicle loads will be deemed void of warranty.
- Check legal fitments with all relevant state authorities before installing to any motor vehicle.
